The Your Path Therapy Team

  • Chrissy McKell - LCSW

Chrissy is a licensed clinical social worker who provides clinical therapy to individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. Chrissy received her Bachelors Degree in Family Services from Brigham Young University and a Masters Degree in Global Social Work from the University of Utah.

Chrissy will work closely with you to uncover the root causes of your difficulties and develop a highly effective personalized treatment plan. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and somatic-based interventions, she will empower you to cultivate self-awareness, regulate intense emotions, and build the resilience necessary to thrive.

Chrissy’s extensive experience in various clinical settings, from residential addiction treatment to hospital-based behavioral health, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges you may be facing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, spirituality, substance abuse, or the aftermath of trauma, Chrissy provides support, tools, and resources you can utilize to overcome obstacles and reclaim your sense of well-being.
